Dr. Gladys Williams is a specialist in curriculum design and verbal behavior with a doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Columbia University. Recognized internationally, Dr. Williams has received several awards for her contribution to the field of special education and created effective programs for children with autism and learning disabilities in the US, Spain, Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil. She is currently on the board of several behavior analysis journals and is an active member of the Association of Behavior Analysis International. Maria Leal, BCBA, is a behavior analyst and doctoral researcher interested in how behavior acquires stability over time. Her work focuses on reinforcement history, resistance to change, and the emergence of coherent behavioral patterns within complex learning environments. She approaches behavior analysis as a natural science, integrating experimental, conceptual, and systems-level perspectives.

Mónica Rodríguez Mori is a licensed psychologist specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), autism intervention, and special education. Her professional background combines strong academic training with extensive hands-on experience in language development, behavioral assessment, and the design of individualized intervention programs for children with developmental delays.
Since 2004, she has worked in close collaboration with CIEL and LearnMore Inc., designing, supervising, and implementing intervention programs in both center-based and home-based settings. Currently based in Spain, Mónica -as the CEO of CreaEduca provides direct therapy, parent training, and professional supervision, while also participating in research related to human learning and autism. Her work is guided by a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and to supporting meaningful, lasting outcomes for children with autism and their families.

Jennie Williams-Keller is a licensed speech-language pathologist (C.C.C. S.L.P.) with the New York State Education Department. She holds a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Queens College. Since 2005, she has worked as a speech-language pathologist for the NYC Board of Education, where she has worked with children with diverse language impairments and learning disabilities from kindergarten through fourth grade. She holds a permanent certificate as a Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped and another permanent certificate in Bilingual Extension. She has worked as an independent speech and language consultant, serving special needs preschool and school-aged children in their homes. She has also served children and adolescents with autism and related spectrum disorders in several public schools in New York.
