Dr. Gladys Williams is a specialist in curriculum design and verbal behavior with a doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Columbia University. Recognized internationally, Dr. Williams has received several awards for her contribution to the field of special education and created effective programs for children with autism and learning disabilities in the US, Spain, Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil. Dr. Richard Laitinen is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with a doctoral degree from the University of California in Santa Barbara, and post doctoral studies from the University of Washington, in Seattle.  Dr. Laitinen is a curriculum and instructional delivery expert. He is also the Clinical and Development Director at Educational and Developmental Therapies in California. Dr. Laitinen is an active member of the Association of Behavior Analysis International.

Sara received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland and her Masters degree in Special Education with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. She earned her BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification in January 2013. She has worked with students with developmental disabilities for 7 years in both private and public schools in Maryland, District of Columbia, and New Jersey. She currently works at the David Gregory School in Paramus and works for Epic Health Services providing supervision of ABA programs and parent training for families throughout New Jersey. Sara supervises the implementation of the Verbal Behavior curriculum and assists in its continuous editing. 

Maria DeMauro received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her Masters Degree in Education as a Teacher of Students with Disabilities from William Paterson University.  She holds several standard New Jersey teaching certifications including Pre-K, elementary education, and Teacher of Students with Disabilities. She is currently enrolled at William Paterson University in the Educational Leadership and Professional Studies program.   She has worked at the David Gregory School as an early childhood teacher since 2009 serving students with severe language impairment. Maria has participated in several research studies under the guidance of Dr. Gladys Williams and contributes to the continuous editing of the VBC.  Maria also provides professional development at David Gregory School and direct supervision of the implementation of the VBC curriculum
